Job Vacancy: Sales Executive – Kisii Branch
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for cleaning and property management services? We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Kisii!
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities for cleaning and property management services.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, landlords, and property owners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in cleaning services or property management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
